Szóval.. Mankával mentem állásinterjúra (az övére), úgy volt hogy én kinn megvárom. Várok várok.. egyszer csak eszembe jut hogy bakker le kéne venni KP-t a számlámról, mert kell mani. Hazarohantam, futok vissza, eszembe jut hogy bakker még van 6 csík cigi amit el kéne adni (hoztunk ki mert itt sokkal drágábban el lehet adni) meglátok egy srácot cigivel a kezében, hmm.. mondom lehet rá kéne kérdezni nem-e érdekli.. 😀 Áhh.. hülyeség.. hogy érdekelné már, mennyi az esélye hogy bejön? ..stb kifogások sorban pattantak be. Akkor hirtelen az utról dudál egy autó, és a srác a cigivel belép elém, mert nézte hogy ki dudált rá.. tehát majdnem keresztül estem rajta. Hmm.. mondom ez véletlen? És rohantam tovább.. Mentem egy 10 métert megállok.. bakker! Mit veszthetek?? Visszarohantam, mondom rákérdezek. Odamegyek: “Hi, sorry, just I show you are smoking and I come from Hungary … ” Jön a válasz: “Bazd akkor folytassuk magyarul! 😀 Miután kiröhögtük egymást megkérdi mennyi a cigi. Mondtam egy árat, amire felcsillant a szeme, majd számot cseréltünk, megcsörgetett és már el is ment a busszal, mert pont jött. ENNYI!!! 20 másodperc alatt levágtuk a bizniszt. Ennyin múlik bakker…
Másik. d.u. nézegettük a házakat, és találtunk egy nagyon jót! Furcsa is volt hogy hogy nem vettük eddig észre. Mondom írjunk rá. Pont a központban van, nagyon jó áron! Rendben, ráírtunk, majd jött a válasz. Bár innentől inkább idézem:

Aztán kezdődött a fekete leves. Megkérdeztük mikor lehetne megnézni. Erre jött még a válasz:

There won’t be any problem inviting you for the viewing, I currently work and live in Wales so I’ll need to take a day off from work in order to come up and arrange the viewing with you. It is unfortunate that my past bitter experience of inviting people to come and view my flat without any form of confirmation of their financial ability and not keeping up to time as at when scheduled, has brought about great loss to me, is either they cannot afford the rent or the security deposit required but want me to come up with the aim of renegotiating.
I have resolved that any potential tenants should be able to prove in the following way in order to determine who is financially buoyant and that he or she can stick to appointment when scheduled and able to pay his/her rent as at when due. In this case, a bank-statement or guarantee from your organization wont be accepted as we have had wayward tenants tendering fake documents.
PROCEDURE:
1) Transfer the amount £900 (1 month rent and security deposit) to Peter via Western Union outlet/shop close to you.
Your name (as Sender) to Peter (as Receiver) in Bristol.
2) Scan & Send a copy of the Western Union transaction receipt as a proof of the transaction or mail me the transaction details should in case you don’t have access to a scanner (The money is safe since Peter will be the one to withdraw the funds with the help of his ID card or International passport)
3) Then, we will meet for viewing
4) If you decided to take the apartment, we’ll both go to any local Western Union outlet close to the flat for you to pick up the money and pay me. (You don’t need to come with cash for viewing but we can both go after viewing to cancel the transfer and withdraw the money to pay me).
5) A receipt showing for your payment will be issued and handed over to you after signing the contract.
I don’t want you to have the feelings that am asking you for money BEFORE viewing the flat because payment is meant to be done AFTER you might have seen the flat and if it’s okay by you, that’s why i said you should make the transfer to yourself so that Peter will be the one to receive the money and pay me in person after the viewing and signing of the contract.
If you are ready,you can go ahead and make the transfer and inform me immediately the transfer is done so that i can make myself available to come over and meet with you.You will need to scan the copy of the transfer receipt and email it to me for confirmation online showing the transfer has truly been made and to let you know that I’ll be the one to refund back to you the full WU transfer charges whether you decided to rent the apartment or not on meeting. Note,this procedure will only guarantee me how serious and keen you are regarding the property.
Let me know if you are okay with this arrangement so that we can proceed.
Ami röviden annyit tesz ki, hogy 900 fontot utaljunk át western unionon keresztül saját magunknak, majd küldjünk neki fényképes bizonylatot az átutalásról, ezzel igazoljuk hogy rendelkezünk annyi pénzzel, mert hogy ő walesben lakik és nem akar csak úgy potyára átjárkálni, ugyanis volt már rossz tapasztalata.
Na itt kezdett furcsa lenni a dolog. Mi a fenének ez az egész? Aztán gyorsan kiötlöttem egy frappáns megoldást!

We have one week and two weekend for vieweing the house, so you may dont need to take a day-off. I absolutely agree with you that stranger people can not trust each other across internet, but It’s true from the opposite site.
If I’m right you need a receipt or an acknowledgement that we have enough money. I can easily confirm this fact. See attached.
I think you can accept that we dont want to pay before we are IN the house. We heard a lot of stories about unexisting houses.

Ha neki bizonyíték kell hogy nekünk van annyi pénzünk akkor megkapja! Szépen leterítettem az ágyra a pénzt, lefényképeztem és elküldtem neki. Mondom ha tényleg csak bizonyítani kell, akkor ennek elégnek kell lennie. Ha nem elég akkor tuti hogy csíter és bele fog törni a bicskája. :)) Így is lett. Ezt válaszolta:

While the apartment will be reserved for you both pending your moving in by September. Hope this is clear to proceed?
Ekkor már világos volt a szitu. Minden áron azt akarja hogy western unionon utaljunk egyet. Hehe.. hát rosszal kezdtél ki babám.. Ekkor jött még egy csalafinta terv. (szó szerint!) 😀 Ezt válaszoltam:

Készítettem egy képfeltöltő honlaphoz hasonló linket, ami látszólag egy képfálj-ra mutat (jpg), viszont valójában át van irányítva egy PHP fájlra ahol szépen le lehet kérni az IP-címét és még egy csomó nyalánkságot. Majd elküdltük neki. Nem is telt el sok idő, 5 percen belül tudtam hogy mivan.
Mivel titkos link volt (senki más nem tudta csak ő) és többször is próbálta megnyitni különböző időközökben, így kizárható az, hogy proxi-programot használt volna. Ha így lenne különböző IP címeket kaptam volna, de nem így lett.. Barátunk Nigériából próbálkozott. 🙂 Inkább kevesebb mint több sikerrel.
Gondoltam nem hagyom ennyiben, írok a rendőrségnek. Így legalább nyugodt szívvel mondhatom, hogy megtettem minden tőlem telhetőt. 🙂
Szépen leírtam nekik a sztory-t majd 10 percen belül kaptam a választ:
